MAGA Clown Declares School Board Run
Also, the local chud has retained the services of Shawn McBreairty's strange lawyer to sue Augusta police.
November 12 was a big day for MAGA numbskull Nick Blanchard. The chud aka “Corn Pop” announced both his candidacy for the 2026 Augusta school board elections AND that he’d retained the legal services of an attorney who specializes in representing internet trolls, neo-Nazis and pedophile book authors.
Blanchard claims he’s gonna sue the Augusta cops for false arrest after being taken into custody for almost an hour during the October “No Kings” rally. (Read all about it here, via MAGA Clown Detained.) Now the dummy has apparently hired Marc Randazza, the lawyer who also represented Shawn McBreairty, who killed himself in the summer of 2024 after failing to monetize his creepy behavior and constant grift. (Read my reporting on him here, via ‘America’s Most Dangerous Dad’ Dead By Own Hand.) According to a source close to the now-dead activist, McBreairty had a mountain of legal debt and despite his wife’s pleadings, declined to get a job. Also, he shot himself in a location where he knew one of his kids would discover his body.
Blanchard, in a mostly all-CAPS statement posted to Facebook on Nov. 12, said he still “100 PERCENT BACK THE BLUE,” but has hired the lawyer to “EXPLORE ALL LEGAL ACTIONS” and chose Randazza because the lawyer had also represented Blanchard’s “HERO” McBreairty, who “SET THE EXAMPLE for warriors like me FIGHTING THE DEVIL’S AGENDA in our SCHOOL BOARDS.”
Randazza, a self-branded “free speech activist lawyer,” has made a career out of shit-posting and defending a bunch of reprehensible people. My pal Andy O’Brien and I discussed this guy during our Disinfomaniac’s podcast miniseries in 2023 called “Trans-Panic in Maine.”
Randazza has represented slimebags like Alex Jones, Mike Cernovich and neo-Nazi Andrew Anglin, “publisher” of the Daily Stormer. And Randazza has been dealing with the worst of the worst for a long time. Back in 2011, he defended Phillip Greaves, the “author” of The Pedophile’s Guide to Love and Pleasure: a Child-lover’s Code of Conduct, who ultimately plead no contest to a charge in Florida of “distributing obscene material depicting minors engaged in harmful conduct.”
Randazza is apparently a hardcore free speech purist, and has gone as far to suggest that Child Sexual Abuse Material (like the stuff hoarded by pedo-politico Eliot Cutler) is protected speech under the Constitution. That’s a bogus argument, especially since the act of creation and distribution of CSAM is obviously an extreme form of violence against children. Also, a very weird “free speech” hill to stand on.
Randazza, btw, is still involved with McBreairty’s case vs the Brewer School Department. According to media reports, his team filed court documents in late September continuing the deadman’s complaint, with McBreairty’s widow’s name being added to the case. The lawsuit alleges that McBreairty’s constitutional rights were violated when the Brewer school district asked him to take down a post he made on “YourNews.com” titled “Girls’ Bathrooms Are Not ‘Safe Spaces’ When Males Are Present.” That post included a photo of students in a Brewer High School girls’ restroom, with a caption claiming one of them was a male student.
The tweet promoting McBreairty’s post — with an unblurred photo of Brewer High students in a restroom — is STILL AVAILABLE on the decedent’s X feed. Which shows the lunacy and frivolous nature of this “constitutional rights infringed” lawsuit. It’s hard to understand the reasoning for the continued legal action, especially since McBreairty is long dead while his vitriol lives on. The suit is now filed on behalf of the deceased’s estate. Meaning the estate (ie. his widow and two kids) would gain financially in the unlikely event of a court victory. Or, perhaps, this lawsuit is just another in a long line of stunts meant to further the anti-trans agenda by chuds, miscreants and their greasy lawyers.
There are all sorts of media pieces exposing Randazza’s antics, btw, including how a Connecticut judge ruled “Attorney Marc Randazza Is Too Unethical To Represent Alex Jones” and other pieces with headlines like “Bribery, gay porn, and copyright trolls: The rise and fall of lawyer Marc Randazza” and “Alex Jones’ Lawyer Violated Legal Ethics By Soliciting Porn Bribes. Just How Dirty Is Marc Randazza?”
And this is the guy, hired by Blanchard-the-Troll, to waste Augusta taxpayer dollars and court time, all because Blanchard was dumb enough to carry a fake gun with him to a political protest.
Yikes.
Also, if Blanchard has the funds to retain the services of this hot-shot, high-priced legal beagle, then how come he hasn’t paid off the balance of his $690 fine connected to his drunk driving plea this summer?
While I’ve mentioned this in previous reporting on this knucklehead, I think it bears repeating that Blanchard’s only kid attends school in another Maine city. Which means BLANCHARD DOES NOT HAVE A CHILD IN AUGUSTA SCHOOLS. And that makes his obsession with kids’ genitalia even more peculiar.
